Keeping your account secure

Keep your login details private. If you think someone else has accessed your account, contact connect@lynqglobal.com immediately.

We recommend turning on two-factor authentication under Profile → Security.

How your information is used

LYNQ uses your activity and preferences to improve your experience — making missions smarter, access smoother, and everything more relevant.

How information is shared

There are two ways information is shared with partners, and they are completely separate:

  • When you join a partner programme: the partner sees only the information you submitted when signing up for their programme. Nothing from your wider LYNQ profile. You'll always see exactly what's shared before you agree.
  • Platform analytics: anonymised, grouped data that helps partners understand patterns and improve their venues and events. No one can be identified from this.

Opting out of analytics does not stop you joining programmes — and joining a programme does not affect your analytics settings. They are independent.

What you're always in control of

  • Turn off analytics: Settings → Privacy → Analytics & Data Sharing
  • Choose not to join any partner programme
  • Withdraw consent anytime: Settings → Privacy → My Programme Consents
  • Disable location signals in your device settings
  • Unsubscribe from communications: Settings → Notifications

Your data rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data anytime.

Email connect@lynqglobal.com — we respond within 30 days.

LYNQ complies with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.

Deleting your account

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Cancel any active subscription first to avoid further charges.

All LYNQ content — missions, designs, media, and systems — is protected by intellectual property law. Please do not copy or reproduce without permission.

Your personal data always remains yours. Partners receive limited access only for the programme you joined — they do not own it.
